Need to return a product? No problem!

Hopefully you’ll never need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this process as easy as possible.

Please Note :
Unfortunately, we will not be able to credit carriage for goods returned due to wrong size ordered.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team on 01942 887920 for a returns authorisation number. You can return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date shown on your dispatch note and we will refund the cost of the items returned.We offer a carrier pick up service for goods that are not required, this may incur a small charge.

Damaged Goods

Every now and again goods can be damaged in transit.  In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please contact our customer services team on 01942 887920 and they’ll be only too happy to help.

All damaged items must be reported on the same day as delivery:

Where possible report damage to delivery driver and refuse the delivery so that the parcel is returned to us.

Alternatively, please inspect all items for damage on receipt of the order and report damages to our customer service team on the day of delivery.

Faulty Goods

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt by contacting our customer services team on 01942 887920. Items over 30 days old are covered by the manufactures warranty and unless stated otherwise you need to contact the manufacturer in the event of defects.
