Delivery is free on all orders over £75 (ex VAT). A small charge of £5.99 is added to orders under this for orders on mainland UK. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle of Man, where the total delivery charge for these areas differs and will show when you put the postcode in at checkout. Delivery may take 2 business days. We currently use DPD, FEDEX, DX, Tuffnells and our own PAM Ties vans for local as our main carrier.

We try our best to get all orders on a next day delivery as standard on all eligible orders. You also must place your order before 2pm (Monday – Friday) Expected delivery times may also be affected during periods of high order volume.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Pay.

All UK and European orders are shipped with & FedEx, DPD, Tuffnells & DX. You will receive an email or text message when they leave us (Fedex & DPD)

  • Orders received by 2.00pm, Monday to Thursday – (We always aim for next day delivery BUT can be 3 to 5 working day)
  • Orders received by 1.00pm on Friday – (We always aim to deliver on the following Monday BUT can be 3 to 5 working day)
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday – (We alaways aim to deliver on the following Tuesday BUT can be 3 to 5 working day)

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, there is an option on the checkout procedure to set an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery is being made?

We require all parcels to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anybody at the delivery address. If there is nobody in when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card by the couriers which will have instructions on how to receive the parcel.

Can my parcel be left with a neighbour?

Yes, you can arrange for your parcel to be left with your neighbour, you can do this by entering your tracking number which we will send to you once your order has been processed.

When will I receive my goods?

If your order is placed before 2pm on a weekday and the items are in stock, it will be dispatched the same working day (Exclusions apply)

What time will my delivery be?

Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm.

I can't find what I'm looking for on your website, can you get other products?

Yes, please see our brands and products page for an extensive range of products we currently supply. Please call or email us with your requirements and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price and availability.

Are all of your items in stock?

We do keep a large volume of products in stock. However, in order for us to offer you very competitive pricing and an extensive range of products, we buy many of our items directly from the manufacturer.

Are all of your items in stock?

We will send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered lines to arrive (there will be no additional delivery charge for this). We will also contact you with a delivery expectation for any back ordered items and you are free to opt for a partial refund if the wait is too long for your needs.
